Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
This page describes precisely what data this site processes, with no generic template: only what actually exists in the contact form.
Data controller
The Resilient team, whose details appear in the legal notice.
Data collected: the contact form
The only form on this site is the contact form (the "Contact us" page). It collects: first name, last name, company, job title, email, country, nature of the request, a free-text message, and, if you attach one, a file (load curve, metering plan).
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Purpose | Process your request to get in touch commercially (qualifying the need, follow-up by the Resilient team). |
| Legal basis | Pre-contractual legitimate interest: you initiate the process by filling out this form to start a professional exchange (Article 6.1.f GDPR). No unsolicited commercial prospecting is carried out from this data. |
| Retention period | 3 years from the last contact if the request does not lead to an engagement, per the French data protection authority's (CNIL) guidance on B2B prospecting; length of the contractual relationship + 5 years (commercial statute of limitations) if it does. |
| Recipients | The Resilient team, plus two technical subprocessors: Resend (email delivery service that routes the form) and Cloudflare (hosting). No other transmission, no resale, no marketing tracking. |
| Transfer outside the EU | Resend and Cloudflare are US-based companies; processing may involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by their respective Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). [To verify: ask Resend and Cloudflare for their SCC reference, or choose EU-based providers if you'd rather avoid this.] |
Cookies and trackers
This site does not set any cookie or tracker, whether advertising or analytics. No consent banner is shown, because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are self-hosted on this site (rather than loaded from a third-party service), so no technical information is sent to a third party while browsing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise these rights, use the contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/en/plaintes.
